i3f addresses the root causes of conflict – unemployment, poverty and hopelessness – by encouraging the growth of employment opportunities, improved infrastructure, and greater stability through youth mentorship and training in business plan development.
What We Do
i3f ensures youth have opportunities to build their future and better their communities by providing mentorship opportunities and business plan development support so they can run profitable, sustainable, replicable, socially responsible businesses. We currently are actively raising funds to provide a three day intensive leadership and business skill training boot camp in Kenya in the spring of 2020. We have developed a partnership with Strathmore Enterprise Development Centre. i3f will select 10 young women through a pitch contest who will participate in a continual training and mentorship progam.
